Detection of Blast Furnace Hearth Lining Erosion by Multi-Information Fusion
نویسندگان
چکیده
The blast furnace hearth refractories are exposed to complex chemical attack and thermal stress erosion, which will lead the gradual failure of refractories. campaign life a depends on its remaining refractory lining, so it is very important understand thickness for prolonging service furnace. In order damage more accurately, multi-information fusion method measuring lining was proposed, based application advantages impact echo technology, thermocouple cooling stave heat flux intensity in hearth. influence temperature change different material layers wave velocity considered. addition, carbon brick detected by fusion. It found that detection improves accuracy measurement compared with method.

The Study of Ion Adsorption by Amorphous Blast Furnace Slag
In this study, the blast furnace slag was used as absorbing bed and then, its ionic adsorption was studied. For this reason, various experimental parameters such as pH, contact time and the primary ion concentration were investigated. The remaining concentrations of ions such as; Mn2+ and Fe2+ in water were measured by atomic adsorption spectroscopy. The chemical and p...

متن کاملextremal region detection guided by maxima of gradient magnitude
a problem of computer vision applications is to detect regions of interest under dif- ferent imaging conditions. the state-of-the-art maximally stable extremal regions (mser) detects affine covariant regions by applying all possible thresholds on the input image, and through three main steps including: 1) making a component tree of extremal regions’ evolution (enumeration), 2) obtaining region ...
Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag
1. Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBFS) is a by product of the steel industry. Blast furnace slag is defined as “the non-metallic product consisting essentially of calcium silicates and other bases that is developed in a molten condition simultaneously with iron in a blast furnace.” [1] In the production of iron, blast furnaces are loaded with iron o...
